  Have a lot to choose from. Workers are usually pretty polite. Some things are over priced. Their clothing is way too expensive unless you get something on clearance.

  My husband and my went to Kroger in Versailles last night, November 25, 2016, to buy gift cards so we could get 4x fuel points. The sign said we had to use a digital coupon. We had no idea what that meant so I approached the young man at customer service. His name was Chris and he was especially helpful, even going as far as getting my husband a new Kroger card, as his old one didn't seem to work. This took approximately 10 minutes, but Chris was very patient and gracious to us during the entire encounter, even telling us to come back if the coupon didn't work during checkout. Well, we gathered up our gift cards and went to check out. The cashier told us we wouldn't know if it worked till we saw the receipt. As it turned out, we didn't get the amount due us in fuel points so another cashier, Rose, took our receipt to customer service and explained the problem to Chris. Within a matter of minutes, the problem was resolved. Both employees were smiling and laughing with us and neither seemed the least put out. My husband and I left with smiles on our face and comments like, now that's customer service! I would like to commend both of them for a job well done.
